Three-Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 us liquid quart vegetable stock
2 ounce cans black beans
2 ounce cans small red beans
2 ounce cans white beans
1 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced small
1 ounce can corn
2 sweet potatoes, diced medium
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions

Place the Inner Pot in the Power Quick Pot.

Add the chili ingredients to the Inner Pot. Place the Glass Lid on the Power Quick Pot.

Press the Slow Cook Button and then the Program Dial to select the Beef setting. Press the Timer Button, scroll to set the cooking time to 8 hrs., and press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle (195° F/90° C).

Stir and adjust the seasonings before serving and add the toppings if desired.
