Monterey Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Idaho potatoes
0.5 cup whole-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
0 Ranch dressing, for serving
Directions
- Microwave the potatoes for 2 minutes, on high.
- When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into wedges.
- Generously brush all sides of the potatoes with the yogurt and sprinkle with the seasoning.
- Place the potatoes on air flow trays and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
