Brie Stuffed Puff Pastry

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
0.333333 cup cranberry or lingonberry jam
2 tablespoon Dried Cranberries
2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
1 round 8 oz Brie
1 egg, for egg wash
Directions
1. On a cutting board sprinkled with a light dusting of flour, roll the puff pastry to remove any imperfections.
2. Use a knife or pizza cutter to remove the four corners of the dough.
3. Spread the jam over the center of the dough, leaving an inch of dough exposed all around.
4. Sprinkle the cranberries and pecans over the jam. Place the round of Brie in the center of the dough. Brush the exposed dough with the egg wash.
5. Fold the dough over the Brie, working in a circle, until the cheese is fully concealed. Use a cookie cutter to cut out decorations for the top of the Brie.
6. Brush the puff pastry with the egg wash. Bake in an Air Fryer at 380 degrees for 7 minutes. Serve warm.
